Repositioning an Innovative Brain & Body Clinic

Parker Performance Institute is an innovative brain & body clinic, supported by Parker University that combines the most innovative both Chiropractic and Neurological therapies together for breakthrough results.

They first approached RUNNER as they were opening a brand new 10,000 square foot state-of-the-art facility and two separate brands – one focused on Neurology and the other on Sports Medicine. They wanted to create a new brand that would reflect the multidisciplinary nature of their practice, as well as a marketing plan to grow new patient volume quickly.

RUNNER began by taking the team through a brand messaging workshop where we defined the ideal patient target and outlined key messaging for all marketing efforts. We then took the practice through a naming and brand identity project to create the Parker Performance Institute name and logo.

Following this process, we built a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that analyzed past marketing efforts, the competitive landscape, and provided detailed recommendations across all channels, including the website, social media, paid advertising, and more. This resulted in a comprehensive go-to-market strategy for the practice, including paid advertising budgets.

We began by launching the Parker Performance Institute website to introduce the brand and showcase the conditions and treatments the team prioritized for patient acquisition. This also included setting up RUNNER’s Front Office Helper system to track both form fill and phone call leads generated by the site, as well as other marketing. The new brand design was also extended to other channels, such as social media. The RUNNER team created a social media strategy and calendar to establish a cadence or brand-building and educational content.

Once the site was live, we began our new patient growth engine – our advertising campaigns. This included a highly targeted Google Search Ads campaign focused on our highest priority service lines, as well as other channels, including Meta advertising and Youtube ads. RUNNER’s advertising strategy had grown patient leads more than 195% since we launched, and leads from ads make up 85% of all new patient leads. We continue to help the brand grow and find new ways to generate qualified new patient leads.
