The Coleman Institute, owned by Baymark Health Services, provides a unique outpatient addiction treatment methodology at clinic locations across the US. Competition in this space is fierce, with both in-patient and telehealth providers competing for patients. The Coleman Institute partnered with RUNNER to more effectively deliver the message about how their treatment program is different, as well as to drive leads and intakes for clinic locations.

Rebuilding The Coleman Institute Brand & Site
RUNNER began by taking The Coleman Institute through a brand messaging workshop to clearly differentiate the brand and define key messages and authority points. Using that brand messaging framework, the team then redesigned and re-wrote the website, as well as building creative assets such as video to use in advertising efforts.
RUNNER also created new “conversion pathways” on the site to drive more inquiries. This includes an extensive number of downloadable “treatment guides” based on substance, webinars and chat. These efforts had a dramatic impact on new patient leads, increasing their website conversion rate by 54% – driving more leads than ever before.

In addition to rebuilding the brand, the RUNNER team made sure that tracking was extensive. All our marketing efforts were connected into both call tracking and CRM systems that allowed us to do deep analysis to understand which marketing channels were working best, as well as better understand new patient lead dispositions.
This tracking allowed us to focus both our paid Google Ads and SEO to only target the highest intent keywords that we know would drive patients that were ready to begin treatment, focusing our efforts only on those strategies that would drive revenue.
