Launching An Innovative Chronic Migraine Treatment Brand
North American Migraine offers cutting-edge treatments for chronic migraine sufferers. These treatments provide hope for the approximately 36 million Americans suffering from migraines, many of whom experience reduced quality of life.
North American Migraine approached RUNNER to build a marketing strategy from the ground up to establish the brand and attract new patients. Their innovative approach requires marketing that will differentiate their practice from other clinics and treatment modalities, as well as educating potential patients on their options.

A Comprehensive Growth Marketing Strategy
RUNNER developed a comprehensive digital marketing strategy encompassing multiple channels and strategic touchpoints. This began with the foundational step of designing and building the website.
The website was created through our Practice Right Website service, a design platform built on more than decade of best practices for medical practice marketing. RUNNER was also able to very quickly design and launch the site, in just a matter of weeks.
In addition, we configured and connected RUNNER’s Front Office Helper, our HIPAA-compliant CRM system to store and nurture new patient leads. It also provides invaluable tracking to analyze all leads and office visits back to the original marketing sources. RUNNER trained their front office staff in how to use the system, as well as providing our best practices for lead handling.
Lastly, we established the Google Business Profile listing for the practice, the most important local SEO strategy for the practice to attract qualified local leads. With this foundation of the website, Front Office Helper and local SEO established, it was time to launch our ads.
RUNNER created a Google Search Ad campaign using our methodology of combining high-intent keyword targeting and refined geographic targeting to deliver the biggest impact on patient growth. While we’ve just started, we’re already driving qualified leads, with conversion rates as high as 23%, when average medical practice lead conversion rates are less than 5%.
