Website Development
Photoshoot
Like no company we had seen before, Meditract had a tight-knit company culture that made them stand apart. With customer service as their top priority, we wanted to capture that feeling with a friendly website for their software company.
RUNNER redesigned MediTract’s contract lifecycle graphic as an interactive infographic to help them explain to their prospects a typical healthcare contract lifecycle and how MediTract’s solution shepherds them through the process.
MediTract was looking for a way to help their customers differentiate between their various service offerings, so RUNNER designed a custom icon set (one icon assigned per service) for use across company collateral.
The MediTract team wanted a way to display all time-sensitive site content to their customers in one place, including blog posts, upcoming events and writeups on past events.
RUNNER created a custom solution that was visually simple and intuitive for the customer to navigate by combining all that content into one area and presenting the most timely first: blog posts show most-recently-published posts first, and events are listed not by date published, but by next event date, and dropping off once they’ve passed. This ensured the user only saw fresh, up-to-the-minute content.
Nothing sells a product like great images, and nothing sells a company like its people. MediTract is full of great people, and to showcase that, RUNNER planned and directed an on-site photoshoot in Chattanooga, TN that included the entire MediTract team. The photos were used throughout the site to put a friendly face on the MediTract brand.
“The design, development and project management were flawless. The project was delivered on time and within the estimated budget given within the proposal. RUNNER clearly communicated the work being done and outstanding items throughout the project. [My project manager] always understood what I needed for the site and delivered it with honesty and integrity. I would highly recommend RUNNER to any company looking to redesign its website.”
