Build More Families in Philadelphia

Society Health Reproductive Medicine is a unique practice in Philadelphia that uses the most advanced technologies and up to date research, all while maintaining a personal connection with patients. SHRM came to RUNNER looking to establish a solid digital marketing foundation to grow awareness of the brand and reach more patients looking to build a family.

RUNNER began by optimizing the SHRM website with two primary goals – to improve the ability of the website to convert new patient leads, and to optimize the website to make it more friendly to search engines. Next, we built out and optimized Google Business Profile listings for both the practice and physicians, and set up our Reviews Manager system to generate more 5 star reviews. RUNNER also created a social media strategy to begin posting across Society Hill’s social media profiles, and an email and SMS strategy to begin sending regular communications to existing and potential patients. Lastly, RUNNER implemented our Front Office Helper system, a HIPAA-compliant CRM system to track and nurture all incoming new patient leads.

After this foundation of digital marketing was established, RUNNER set up paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads to target those looking for fertility, IVF and egg freezing. This strategy began generating more than 100 new patient leads each month. RUNNER continues to expand paid advertising efforts including adding in an egg donation campaign and running ads across multiple platforms, including Meta ads.
