Driving Growth for a New Emergency Dentistry Location
Urgent Dental Care approached RUNNER with a clear objective: to drive new patients to their recently opened location while infusing a more human element into their brand marketing. A Comprehensive Performance Dental Marketing & Local SEO Strategy
RUNNER developed a comprehensive digital marketing strategy tailored to Urgent Dental Care’s specific needs. We began by deploying our HIPAA-compliant CRM system, Front Office Helper, to track all marketing efforts down to the office visit, as well as to streamline patient communication and appointment scheduling.
Next, we created a targeted Google Search Ads campaign, focusing on high-intent searches for emergency dental services. We optimized this campaign using our in-depth methodology for determining geographic targeting for this new location, as well as supporting their two additional locations. Our goal with these campaigns was to immediately begin driving traffic and emergency dental leads and OVs.
To further enhance our marketing efforts, we brought Urgent Dental Care on to our local SEO service, which included a local SEO audit, keyword research and optimization of their Google Business Profile listings, including weekly keyword-targeted posts.
By combining the insights from Front Office Helper with paid advertising and SEO, RUNNER has been able to drive growth in new leads and office visits, as well as establish the practice as a trusted provider of emergency dental services. We saw a 40% increase in leads in month 6 versus month 1. In fact, 43% of all office visits are now driven by our Google Search Ads. The success of this campaign underscores the effectiveness of a multi-channel approach to practice growth.
