Finding Chemistry in “The Science of Heat”
Thermi, a rapidly-growing medical devices company distributing worldwide in the aesthetic and medical spaces, selected RUNNER as their digital marketing strategy agency in 2015. Their flagship products uses temperature-controlled radiofrequency to produce desired body contouring and beauty results. Thermi announced their $80 million acquisition by Barcelona-based pharmaceutical giant, Almirall, in January of 2016.
RUNNER designed and developed the new Thermi website, launched March 2016, which is designed to serve as a springboard for their continued growth by rebuilding and unifying the visual brand image and serving as a lead-generation platform to connect patients with Thermi providers near them through a custom Find a Thermi Doctor tool.
A major roadblock to reaching their customers’ customers (patients) was widespread consumer confusion about the difference between the six Thermi treatments available. To remedy this, RUNNER recommended a graphic approach and developed custom icons for each treatment using Thermi’s approved color schemes intended to accompany every mention of the treatment on the web and in print.
The website will launch alongside paid media campaigns for both brand awareness and lead generation for their physician customers.
RUNNER is working closely with the Thermi operations and sales teams to create valuable content like downloadables, guides, videos and webinars that will enable their physician customers to expand the volume of Thermi services they offer their patients.
