Build a Consistent Pool of Applicants for Local ABA Therapy

hrive came to RUNNER in the wake of opening a new location to help fill the student list. They were also looking to continuously bring in leads to keep all 3 of their locations at capacity. In prior advertising efforts, other agencies had delivered poor quality leads.

By utilizing paid media to drive a more consistent application pool, Thrive was looking to add more locations and growing the practice.

Targeted Google Ads to Reach Those Seeking ABA Therapy

RUNNER took over their existing Google Ads campaign and restructured the campaigns to focus on each of Thrive’s locations separately.

We updated advertising copy to better call out Thrive’s competitive differentiators, and experimented with landing pages to determine which would most likely result in an application submission. In addition, the geographic targeting of our ads was narrowed to focus on attracting applications from those most likely to become students at each location, taking into consideration the unique challenges of each location.

Lastly, we listened to Thrive’s pain points regarding lead quality and during RUNNER’s keyword audit of their Google Ads account, we learned that a majority of the monthly budget was being spent on keywords relative to “adults with Autism”, as opposed to “adults looks for Autism Schools for kids.” So RUNNER spent time growing a strong negative keyword list around adult autism testing to increase the quality of leads.
