A Spine Practice Ready to Grow.

This single-doctor spine practice was working with an agency that promised results, but their marketing platforms were out of sync and they weren’t seeing consistent results. Issues with new patient scheduling and tracking issues led to a lack of marketing analysis, reporting and optimization. We began with a modest goal – to drive one appointment each day and 3 surgeries each month.

Our first step was to unify practice messaging across all marketing channels.

Next, we set them up on the RUNNER’s Front Office Helper – a HIPAA-compliant marketing CRM. This platform creates a centralized view of new patient leads for reporting, analysis and optimization. Simply put, it allows us to see when a lead enters the system from that initial call or form submission through interaction with the front desk, through the first appointment and any subsequent treatment or surgeries. We also created automated email and SMS text message follow-ups for leads that we aren’t able to immediately reach.

Lastly, we launched a multi-platform patient acquisition advertising campaign across Google and Facebook. These ads used video to build the brand and educate patients. In addition, we began a long-term SEO campaign to increase awareness and reputation of the practice.
