Rivkin Westside Aesthetics is a globally recognized aesthetics practice considered to be the pioneers of many of the most popular non-surgical aesthetic procedures performed around the world.

While they were primarily looking for help in attracting new patients and re-engaging current patients, they understood that starts with finding a strategic and tech-savvy partner who could develop processes to align all of the business systems, offer in-depth insight and recommendations on proven and emerging marketing tactics, and most importantly, be able to deliver positive results and while showing exactly how the business was impacted.

After a thorough analysis of existing marketing efforts, we first optimized the existing website and social channels to build a strong marketing foundation. We then defined KPIs and implemented tracking across all channels to understand performance through the entire marketing journey – from the first click to a booked treatment.

Once the foundation had been built, we launched a comprehensive lead generation strategy to drive qualified site traffic and convert them into patients. This included highly-targeted Paid Search and Social ad campaigns, a robust SEO strategy across the thousands of pages and a conversion rate optimization to turn more visitors into leads. Lastly, we built an email lead nurturing campaign to drive more revenue from existing patients.
